Back Bay Web Design was founded on a simple idea: South Jersey businesses deserve the same level of technical expertise as national firms, delivered by people who actually pick up the phone. We built that reputation designing and developing custom websites — the digital front door for dozens of local businesses.
Along the way, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The businesses we worked with weren't just struggling with outdated websites — they were struggling with outdated infrastructure. Unreliable networks. Security systems installed by three different vendors that didn't talk to each other. Cabling nobody had documentation for. IT support that took days to return a call.
We made the decision to go where the need was greatest. Back Bay Web Design has evolved into a full-service IT infrastructure and consulting firm — applying the same standards of craftsmanship, documentation, and direct accountability we built our name on, now to networks, cabling, security systems, and the cloud environments businesses depend on every day.
